The title BORROW MY WORDS Until You Find Your Own immediately attracted me. It's like something a really supportive friend would say to you. Having now read the book, I think it is also a friend who is honest and generous, honest to lay it all out there and generous to share it. It is clear that Patricia O'Rourke loves language and has respect for the power of words, to hurt and to heal. Here her words offer insight and hope. This book is a reflective, empowering and enjoyable read. It is divided into four parts and readers will all have their own favourite. I dip in most often to Part Three and this line in 'I Am' makes me smile every time 'Life is a game to be played and enjoyed. No one gets out alive!!!
